| Аннотация (область применения) | The The document specifies generic cabling for use within premises which may comprise single or multiple buildings on a campus. It covers balanced cables and fibre optic cabling. It specifies: The structure and minimum configuration for generic cabling, implementation requirements, performance requirements for individual cabling links, conformance requirements and verification procedures. The Amendment is the concept of the "permanent link" and concerns mainly the specification in clause 6 of DIN EN 50173:1995. Apart from corrections to and new measurements methods for existing cabling parameters (e.g. attenuation, return loss) new parameters (such as equal level far-end crosstalk loss and power sum ACR) are proposed. Furthermore, minor errors in clauses 7, 8, Annex A, B and H are being corrected. |
